Our History
Wuxi Zhongpu Electric was established in July 2000 and is located in the beautiful Donggang Town of Xishan District. Bordering Changshu to the east and Jiangyin to the north, the company is situated just over 20 kilometers from Zhangjiagang, Jiangyin Port, and the Shanghai-Nanjing and Beijing-Shanghai expressways. Since entering the transformer core industry in 2000, the company has grown over the course of 26 years through the dedicated efforts of two generations; it has now become a renowned manufacturing enterprise in Xishan District, with products exported to markets worldwide.
Our Factory
The Wuxi Zhongpu facility covers an area of 10,000 m² (15 mu), with a workshop area of 7,000 m². The workforce totals 100 employees, including 2 design staff and 6 quality inspectors. The estimated production capacity is 1,200 tonnes per month, or 14,400 tonnes annually.

Cores for power transformers, rectifier transformers, electric furnace transformers, new energy transformers, reactors, rail transit transformers, and mining transformers; planar open-type folded cores; triangular 3D open-type folded cores; etc.

Cores for residential-industrial dry-type, State Grid-rural grid oil-immersed, new-energy PV-oriented oil-immersed & wind-power-oriented dry-type, rail transit (high-speed rail, subway), mining & electric-furnace transformers; planar open-type folded cores for single-phase distribution & dry-type transformers; triangular 3D open-type folded cores for energy-efficient distribution, dry-type and oil-immersed transformers; etc.
Production Equipment
4 slitting lines, 15 cut-to-length lines, 1 laser cutting machine for channel steel and square tubing, 2 flat-bed laser cutting machines, 2 CNC bending machines, and 1 Nanjing Gaodian testing station.

Our Certificate
The company holds a business license issued by the Administrative Approval Bureau of Xishan District, Wuxi City, and has obtained ISO14001 environmental management system certification. It possesses three invention patents covering complete iron core production systems and silicon steel sheet forming processes, as well as 19 utility model patents spanning the entire production workflow and product innovations-including iron core stacking platforms, positioning and clamping tooling, flatness inspection equipment, novel low-loss iron core structures, and staggered lamination molds. All patents are granted by the China National Intellectual Property Administration and owned by the company, establishing a comprehensive intellectual property portfolio that encompasses everything from core processes and production tooling to finished iron core products, alongside capabilities for standardized green manufacturing and independent R&D and production.
