The three-dimensional wound core has a triangular three-dimensional shape and comes in a closed state. Compared to traditional flat laminated cores, this structure offers better magnetic circuit symmetry and higher three-phase balance. It effectively reduces no-load loss and noise levels. This makes it popular for energy-saving distribution transformers. We use high-permeability grain-oriented silicon steel coils from Baowu and Ansteel. This core type is used in both dry-type and oil-immersed transformers. We offer full sequence coverage from SCB12 to SCB18 for dry types. We also cover S11 to S22 for oil-immersed types. The capacity ranges from 25kVA to 10000kVA. The voltage rating goes up to 110kV. The three-dimensional wound core is especially suitable for residential areas, commercial complexes, and hospitals.
