For transformer cores with voltage ratings from 10kV to 110kV, we can provide sheets in the required specifications. When we receive your drawings, our technical team first optimizes the layout plan. They determine the best cutting scheme to maximize material utilization. The shearing lines then follow the plan for continuous production. Each batch maintains consistent color and surface condition. For special shapes such as stepped or sector-shaped sheets, we use a flatbed laser cutter as a supplement. Batch Inspection and Flexible Packaging
Before shipment, our quality inspectors take sample sheets from each batch for inspection. The checks include sheet length, width, cut angle, burr height, and surface flatness. All inspection data is recorded in the batch file. You can query this data using your order number. We also offer different packaging options. You can choose bundle packing or pallet packing. The outer packaging clearly shows the product specifications, quantity, and production date. This makes it easy for you to check and manage the materials upon receipt.
