Transformer accessories can be categorized by function, with the most fundamental group being sealing and oil-storage components, which are critical for maintaining a stable internal environment. This category includes oil conservators, sealing gaskets, oil seals, breathers, and oil level gauges; their primary roles are to store and compensate for insulating oil while providing a sealed protective barrier for the unit. Working in concert, these components effectively block external moisture, dust, and impurities from entering the tank and balance internal and external air pressure. This prevents the insulating oil from absorbing moisture, oxidizing, or degrading, thereby fundamentally protecting core structures-such as the iron core and windings-from corrosion and enabling the transformer to withstand the rigors of frequent start-stop cycles and temperature fluctuations.


Heat dissipation and cooling accessories are essential for maintaining rated operating temperatures and preventing failures caused by overheating; they are widely used across power transformers of various capacities. Common components include radiators, cooling fans, cooling oil pipes, coolers, and cooling fins, supporting various cooling modes such as natural cooling and forced air cooling. During operation, these components work with the insulating oil circulation system to rapidly remove heat generated by the core and windings and dissipate it into the external environment. This effectively controls the unit's temperature, preventing issues like insulation aging or overload tripping caused by excessive heat, and ensures stable, long-term operation at full load.


Safety protection and electrical connection accessories are responsible for fault protection and stable power transmission, serving as the core safeguards for safe transformer operation. Protection components-such as gas relays, pressure relief valves, temperature controllers, temperature probes, and overload protection devices-monitor parameters like temperature, internal pressure, and oil/gas conditions in real-time. They trigger alarms or trip the system during anomalies (e.g., short circuits, overloads, or internal faults) to avert equipment damage and power supply accidents. Connection and mounting components-including high- and low-voltage bushings, terminals, fastening bolts, and insulating supports-facilitate electrical conduction, equipment anchoring, and insulation. They ensure stable power transmission and enhance structural integrity, allowing the equipment to operate reliably in diverse environments, such as outdoor sites or indoor substations.
